dc.description.abstract | Las farmacias hoy en día son unos de los centros de medicina más importantes, ya que en ella encontramos toda clase de medicamentos con o sin receta médica. En la farmacia comunitarias ubicada en la Parroquia el salto se centró en lo que es la gestion que realiza talento humano dentro de la misma en donde se encuentran muchas falencias donde talento humano no siempre realiza todos los procedimientos claves u oportunos al escoger los trabajadores, talento humano para escoger una persona tiene que reclutar y seleccionar quienes son las personas mejor capacitadas para ocupar ese puesto de trabajo, ya que dando el resultado de las encuestas realizadas se pudo conocer que todo el personal no está capacitado para ocupar un puesto de trabajo en la farmacia también que no se sienten cómodos con lo que pagan peor aún con los descuentos que hacen en general por la pérdida o el daño ,material de algún medicamento u otro fármaco. | es_ES |
