| dc.description | The research is carried out in the Bodeguita Junior commercial premises that is located in the Montalvo canton, based on what was investigated about the concept of merchandising, what are the types that exist and what each of them implies and then proceed to analyze the premises based on these concepts in order to detail in writing which were applied and which were not within the premises. Merchandising is exclusively responsible for the presentation of the product for the consumer's view, and thus in this way to reach the sale, this involves various factors such as; the situation of the place where it will be expanded, how are the facilities, how are the counters located, how clean and pleasing to the eye is the premises and especially the way in which customers are treated, this It will cause the client to find the place attractive and therefore the product is sold. In the premises in question, various contradictions to the types of merchandising were found, however, in the same way, situations were located in which the actions of the store were adapted to the definitions of the types of merchandising. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | La investigación está realizada en el local comercial Bodeguita Junior que se encuentra ubicado en el cantón Montalvo, basados en lo que se investigó sobre el concepto de merchandising, cuáles son los tipos que existen y que implica cada uno de ellos para luego proceder a analizar el local en base a estos conceptos con la finalidad de detallar en el escrito cuales eran aplicados y cuales no dentro del local. El merchandising se encarga exclusivamente de la presentación del producto para la vista del consumidor, y así de esta manera llegar a la venta, esto implica diversos factores como; la situación en que está el lugar donde se expandirá, que tal son las instalaciones, de qué manera está ubicada los mostradores, que tan limpio y agradable a la vista se encuentra el local y sobre todo la forma en que los clientes son tratados, esto provocara que el cliente encuentre atrayente el local y por ende el producto sea vendido. En el local en cuestión se encontraron diversas contradicciones a los tipos de merchandising sin embargo de la misma manera se localizó situaciones en las que si se adaptaba las acciones de la tienda a las definiciones de los tipos de merchandising. | es_ES |
