dc.descriptionThe following study was born out of the interest of knowing more about justified management in times of pandemic and how they contribute to the user in making advertising guidelines to use them as an effective tool in the use of the social network, so that they allow communication to through publications on the Twitter page that enter the business world. The growth that they have had has been high in recent times and the little knowledge about the potential that these digital platforms have, is that it is intended to investigate the importance of these Social Networks, the use that can be given and the scope that they can get to have. The main objective of this research is to analyze the use of Twitter and the management of information in times of pandemic, of the Teleamazonas channel company and if they are able to inform users well on a continuous basis according to their constant use, interactions and transactions carried out in a virtual way that make people be users of these social networks aims to justify the reasons why users follow this most important web page, in order to carry out successful vaccination campaigns and improve the image of this company using this platform. The sample to obtain the information was obtained through online technology, it was through internet pages and interviews with some people to make it easier to obtain the sample of the individual, resulting in a sample of 10 people who were surprised. With their answers, that social networks give a lot to Internet users, you just have to know how to find what you want, all through messages or emails. The benefit of digital platforms is enormous and very satisfactory for users since the use is greater than it used to be, and especially the use of information management before individuals who are the people that makes us stand out in the virtual world. The method applied is that of observation since the number of web pages that show its use as a daily work tool has been seen on social networks.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl siguiente estudio nace por el interés de conocer más sobre el manejo justificado en tiempos de pandemia y como aportan al usuario en realizar pautas publicitarias para utilizarlas como una herramienta efectiva en lo que va del uso de la red social, para que así permitan comunicarse a través de publicaciones en la página de Twitter que incursionan en el ámbito empresarial. El crecimiento que han tenido ha sido alto en el último tiempo y al poco conocimiento sobre el potencial que estas plataformas digitales poseen, es que se pretende indagar la importancia que tienen estas Redes Sociales, el uso que se le puede dar y el alcance que pueden llegar a tener. Esta investigación tiene como objetivo primordial analizar el uso de Twitter y el manejo de la información en tiempos pandemia, de la empresa del canal Teleamazonas y si son capaces de informar bien a los usuarios de manera continua de acuerdo a su uso constante, las interacciones y transacciones que realizan de manera virtual que hacen a las personas ser usuarias de estas redes sociales pretende justificar los motivos por los cuales los usuarios siguen esta página web más importante, con el fin de que realicen campañas de vacunación exitosas y mejorar la imagen de esta empresa utilizando esta plataforma. La muestra para obtener la información fue obtenida a través de la tecnología online, fue a través de páginas de internet y entrevistas hacia algunas personas para que se haga más fácil obtener la muestra del individuo dando como resultado una muestra de 10 personas a quienes nos sorprendieron con sus respuestas, que las redes sociales dan mucho a los internautas, solo hay que saber buscar lo que se desea, todo a través de mensajes o correos. El beneficio de las plataformas digitales es enorme y muy satisfactoria para los usuarios ya que el uso es más grande a lo que antes era, y sobre todo del uso de manejo de la información ante los individuos quienes son las personas que nos hace destacar en el mundo virtual. El método aplicado es el de observación ya que se ha visto en las redes sociales la cantidad de páginas web que muestran su uso como herramienta de trabajo diario.es_ES
