dc.description | Within an establishment or organization, a communication strategy is used as a tool to make certain information known or to establish objective standards, because in this way, in addition to understanding their needs, it also keeps in touch with the internal and external public. The arrival of this virus known as Covid-19 in Ecuador, a number of misinformation was discovered, and the citizens of the Urdaneta canton lacked prevention, so a large amount of misinformation was spread on social networks, until now it was unknown what happened. Faced with this situation, URDANETA GAD and its communication department begin to develop communication strategies to inform citizens and know how to prevent Covid-19 infection. However, can the strategy adopted by the city government cover the residents of the entire canton? These and other topics are the ones that are analyzed in this survey. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | Dentro de un establecimiento u organización, una estrategia de comunicación se utiliza como herramienta para dar a conocer determinada información o para establecer estándares objetivos, pues de esta manera, además de comprender sus necesidades, también se mantiene en contacto con el público interno y externo. La llegada de este virus conocido como Covid-19 a Ecuador, se descubrió un sinnúmero de desinformación, y los ciudadanos del cantón Urdaneta carecieron de prevención, por lo que se difundió una gran cantidad de desinformación en las redes sociales, hasta ahora se desconocía lo sucedido. Ante esta situación, GAD de URDANETA y su departamento de comunicación comenzaron a desarrollar estrategias comunicacionales para informar a la ciudadanía y sepan cómo prevenir la infección por Covid-19. Sin embargo, ¿puede la estrategia adoptada por el gobierno de la ciudad cubrir a los residentes de todo el cantón? Estos y otros temas son los que se analizan en esta encuesta. | es_ES |
