Some cognitive-behavioral techniques were carried out with the purpose of eliminating, decreasing or modifying certain behaviors presented by the patient, thus carrying out the appropriate psychotherapeutic intervention for the patient.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEn el presente estudio de caso se trató el tema Estrés por pandemia Covid 19 y su influencia en el comportamiento de un estudiante de octavo de básica de la Unidad Educativa San Carlos, en donde se pudo recopilar los datos necesarios para la debida elaboración del estudio de caso, esto se lo realizó mediante entrevistas e instrumentos psicométricos como historia clínica, entrevistas psicológicas, test psicológicos, que se le aplicó a la paciente. Los resultados obtenidos fueron estrés en el ámbito académico y ansiedad rasgo moderado, ansiedad estado leve. El diagnóstico obtenido fue: según el DSM- 5 (308.3(F43.0) y (300.02(F41.1) Trastorno de estrés agudo y Trastorno de ansiedad generalizada. Se llevaron a cabo algunas técnicas cognitivo- conductuales con la finalidad de ir eliminando, disminuyendo o modificando ciertas conductas que presentaba la paciente, realizando así, la intervención psicoterapéutica adecuada a la paciente.es_ES
