| dc.description | This research consisted of analyzing how internal communication and the organizational climate of the public relations department of the municipal government of San Jacinto de Buena Fe are related. Communication is an important factor for the achievement of organizational goals, the lack of attention by senior management often leads to mismanagement and misuse of resources, materials and people, creating a negative organizational environment that leads to failure in achieving goals. Currently, organizations are participating in modern media environments of which they must be a part in order to survive. This study was conducted under a qualitative approach, where it has been concluded that internal communication within the work environment, effectively influences the organization, compliance and emotionality of workers within an organization, in addition to being considered by workers as influential for the achievement of achievements in work groups. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación consistió en analizar cómo se relaciona la comunicación interna y el clima organizacional del departamento de relaciones públicas del GAD municipal San Jacinto de Buena Fe. La comunicación es un factor importante para el logro de las metas organizacionales, la falta de atención por parte de los altos directivos muchas veces conduce a una mala gestión y a un mal uso de los recursos, materiales y personas, creando un ambiente organizacional negativo que conlleva al fracaso en la consecución de las metas. Actualmente, las organizaciones están participando en entornos modernos de medios de los cuales deben ser parte para sobrevivir. Este estudio fue realizado bajo un enfoque cualitativo, donde se ha concluido que la comunicación interna dentro del ambiente laboral, influye efectivamente en la organización, cumplimiento y emocionalidad de los trabajadores dentro de una organización, además que es considerada por los trabajadores como influyente para el alcance de logros en los grupos de trabajo. | es_ES |
