dc.description | The purpose of this research work is to establish how family dysfunctionality and academic performance affect a 12-year-old boy from the Barreiro Educational Unit in the city of Babahoyo. The case study consists of five sessions in which both the patient as a principal member and his grandmother participated, who also cooperated in the collection of information in the aforementioned sessions. Where the results confirmed data about the syndromic picture presented by the patient. Therefore, a dysfunctional aspect was concluded: the child does not live with her parents the behavioral manifestations according to the differential diagnoses of F91 Behavioral disorder, F91.1 Behavioral disorder, type of onset in childhood and F91.2 Disorder of behavior, type of beginning in adolescence, the academic level reached is very low in the Educational Unit "Barreiro" this is assumed by the existing family dysfunction. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo de estudio de caso tiene como objetivo establecer de qué manera afecta la disfuncionalidad familiar y el rendimiento académico en una niña de 12 años de octavo año de la Unidad Educativa Barreiro de la ciudad de Babahoyo. El estudio de caso consta de cinco sesiones en las cuales participó tanto el paciente como miembro principal y su abuelita quien también coopero en la recolección de la información en las mencionadas sesiones. Donde los resultados confirmaron datos acerca del cuadro sindrómico que presentaba el paciente. Por lo que se concluyó un aspecto disfuncional: la menor no vive con sus padres las manifestaciones conductuales de acuerdo a los diagnósticos diferenciales de F91 Trastorno de la conducta, F91.1 Trastorno de conducta, tipo de inicio en la niñez y F91.2 Trastorno de la conducta, tipo de inicio en adolescencia, el nivel académico alcanzado es muy bajo en la Unidad Educativa “Barreiro” esto se supone por la disfunción familiar existente. | es_ES |
