dc.descriptionLabor policies play a leading role for internal regulation in the development of business activities of organizations, because they establish necessary guidelines that positively or adversely condition the organizational culture, for this reason the correct application or absence of internal policies in the company Sumifru Ecuador SA causes the management of human talent not to implement strategic evaluation indicators that regulate the internal procedures of the administrative and operational activities of the Hacienda San Luis, which is why the objective of the investigation is to analyze the policies labor owned by Sumifru Ecuador SA in the development of business skills. The methodology of the study is made up of the types of field and descriptive investigations that facilitated the obtaining and ordering of all the information obtained, in addition, the methods used are inductive and synthetic, whose contribution lies in the identification of the main facts problematic, while the techniques used were interviews and surveys, which allowed to know the perception of the primary sources of research on internal work policies. The conclusions of this study reveal that the policies that the institution does not comply with are occupational safety and administration with respect to the hiring of human talent, while it only has a correct application in its quality policy, a context that shows that not all labor policies have an exhaustive control in business management.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLas políticas laborales poseen un rol protagónico para el ordenamiento interno en el desarrollo de las actividades empresariales de las organizaciones, debido a que establecen lineamientos necesarios que condicionan de forma positiva o adversa la cultura organizacional, por tal razón la aplicación correcta o ausencia de políticas internas en la compañía Sumifru Ecuador S.A provoca que la gestión de talento humano no implemente indicadores estratégicos de evaluación que regulen los procedimiento internos de las actividades administrativas y operacionales de la hacienda San Luis, motivo por el cual el objetivo de la investigación consiste en analizar las políticas laborales que posee Sumifru Ecuador S.A en el desarrollo de las competencias empresariales. La metodología que posee el estudio está conformada por los tipos de investigaciones de campo y descriptiva que facilitaron la obtención y ordenamiento de toda la información alcanzada, además, los métodos utilizados son el inductivo y sintético, cuyo aporte radica en la identificación de los principales hechos problemáticos, mientras que las técnicas utilizadas fueron la entrevista y encuestas, que permitieron conocer la percepción de las fuentes primarias de investigación sobre las políticas labores internas. Las conclusiones del presente estudio revelan que las políticas que no cumple la institución son la de seguridad laboral y administración con respecto a la contratación de talento humano, mientras que solo posee una correcta aplicación en su política de calidad, contexto que demuestra que no todas las políticas laborales cuentan con un control exhaustivo en la gestión empresarial.es_ES
