dc.description | This case study is based on the management of human talent of the Municipal Commissioner of the San Juan Parish, which is a public institution that is responsible for the execution of actions that allow compliance with statutes, ordinances and all provisions established by the Directive Council of the Decentralized Autonomous Government of the Puebloviejo canton, in order to maintain public order in the parish. In this way, the main weaknesses that appear in the municipal institution are: complacent internal communication, deteriorated work environment, inadequate hiring process and personnel selection. Indeed, this case study is aimed at determining the main variables that originate due to an inadequate management of human talent, using as research techniques an interview directed to the Municipal Commissioner and surveys aimed at the entity's employees, so that The results obtained indicate that an adequate recruitment process must be implemented for the personnel adhering to normative bases, carry out training that contributes to continuous improvement and establish strategic performance evaluation indicators that allow obtaining an adequate organizational synergy. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio de caso se basa en la gestión del talento humano de la Comisaria Municipal de la Parroquia San juan, misma que es una institución de carácter pública que se encarga de la ejecución de acciones que permitan el cumplimiento de estatutos, ordenanzas y todas las disposiciones que establezca el Concejo Directivo del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado del cantón Puebloviejo, con la finalidad de mantener el orden público de la parroquia. De tal manera, las principales debilidades que se presentan en la institución municipal, son: comunicación interna displicente, clima laboral deteriorado, inadecuado proceso de contratación y selección de personal. En efecto, este estudio de caso está encaminado a determinar las principales variables que se originan debido a una inadecuada administración del talento humano, utilizándose como técnicas de investigación una entrevista dirigida al Comisario Municipal y encuestas orientadas a los empleados de la entidad, de modo que los resultados obtenidos denotan que se debe de implementar un adecuado proceso de reclutación del personal adheridos a bases normativas, efectuar capacitaciones que aporten a la mejora continua y establecer indicadores estratégicos de evaluación de desempeño que permitan obtener una adecuada sinergia organizacional. | es_ES |
