dc.description | The CITAM cooperative was founded in the city of Montalvo on March 24, 1972, within the place is broken down its hierarchical order that make up the space for the operation of the same. The objective of this case study is to analyze the different causes that intervene in the scarce commitment of the collaborators and the existing inefficiency in the activities that they must develop within the CITAM cooperative. For this research, a survey consisting of 8 multiple-choice questions was applied as a technique. It is also mentioned that the sub-line of research is the Administrative Management Model of the Commercial Engineering Career. The results showed that most of them do not comply with the safety standards, they do not always have all the materials to work with peace of mind, they do not always receive incentives for the work they do, and they do not comply with the vacation time that should be granted to employees. In conclusion, the problems that have arisen in the CITAM cooperative are linked to the work performance of the workers of these organizations, the same problems that have directly affected the clients or users who are the main base of the services provided by the cooperative. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | La cooperativa CITAM se fundó en la ciudad de Montalvo el 24 de marzo de 1972, dentro del lugar se encuentra desglosado su orden jerárquico que conforman el espacio para el funcionamiento de la misma. El objetivo de este estudio de caso es analizar las distintas causas que intervienen en el escaso compromiso que presentan los colaborados y la ineficiencia existente en las actividades que deben desenvolver dentro de la cooperativa CITAM. Para esta investigación se aplicó como técnica una encuesta que consta de 8 preguntas de opciones múltiples, también se menciona que la sub-línea de investigación es Modelo de Gestión Administrativa de la Carrera de Ingeniería Comercial. Donde se tuvo como resultados que en su mayor parte no cumple con las normas de seguridad, aparte que no siempre tienen todos los materiales para laborar con tranquilidad, no siempre reciben incentivación por el trabajo que realizan, además que no cumplen con el tiempo vacacional que se deben otorgar a los empleados. Como conclusión, en la cooperativa CITAM los problemas que se han presentado están vinculados con el desempeño laboral que proyectan los trabajadores de dichas organizaciones, mismos inconvenientes que han afectado de forma directa a los clientes o usuarios quienes son la base principal de los servicios que esta brinda. | es_ES |
