dc.description | This Case Study is focused on determining the factors that affect the sales management of the Artefacta branch of the Baba canton, for which a Qualitative-Quantitative investigation was used, applying the deductive method that allowed conducting a survey to the manager and another to the company's customers, what I wanted is to answer the following questions. Does the company have a sales process appropriate to its activities? How is the effectiveness of sales management being measured? With this information, it was possible to reach the conclusions of the case that will allow those in charge of Artefacta's administration, through the analysis of the results, to take corrective measures that improve sales management. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | El presente Estudio de Caso esta enfocado en determinar los factores que afectan la gestión de ventas de la sucursal de Artefacta del cantón Baba, para lo cual se utilizó una investigación Cualitativa-Cuantitativa, aplicando el método deductivo que permitió realizar una encuesta al gerente y otra a los clientes de la empresa, lo que quería es contestar las siguientes preguntas. ¿La empresa tiene un proceso de ventas adecuado a sus actividades? ¿De qué manera se está midiendo la efectividad de la gestión de ventas? con esta información se pudo llegar a las conclusiones del caso que permitirán a los encargados de la administración de Artefacta por medio del análisis de los resultados tomar las medidas correctivas que mejoren la gestión de ventas. | es_ES |
