dc.description | The Decentralized Autonomous Government of the Babahoyo canton is a public institution that implements plans, programs, develops social investment works and implements policies with the aim of seeking the well-being of the citizens, where the offer of public services must be characterized with an attention of quality and efficient. The research was carried out in the Property and Commercial Registry Unit in order to analyze document management and its influence on the labor productivity of human talent during the development of work activities related to property registration. The methodology is composed of deductive and inductive methods, while the types of applied research are field and bibliographic; The techniques used are interview and survey, which were aimed at the human talent of the institutional agency studied and citizens of the locality who regularly attend the mediations of the GADM of the Babahoyo canton. The results obtained are: document management does not have an efficient system that allows the automation of internal processes, the user service process is not timely, it takes 5 to 6 days to approve the property certificates, there were inconsistencies in the registry of cadastral codes, coordinates and information plans, while the Quipux national document management system is not used due to difficulties in handling or problems updating the program. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | El Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado del cantón Babahoyo es una institución pública que implementa planes, programas, desarrolla obras de inversión social e implementa políticas con el objetivo de buscar el bienestar de la ciudadanía, donde la oferta de los servicios públicos debe estar caracterizada con una atención de calidad y eficiente. La investigación se realizó en la Unidad de Registro de la Propiedad y Mercantil con el objetivo de analizar la gestión documental y su influencia en la productividad laboral del talento humano durante el desarrollo de las actividades laborales relacionadas a la inscripción de propiedades. La metodología está compuesta por los métodos deductivo e inductivo, mientras que los tipos de investigación aplicados son de campo y bibliográfica; las técnicas utilizadas son entrevista y encuesta, las cuales fueron dirigidas al talento humano de la dependencia institucional estudiada y ciudadanos de la localidad que asisten de forma regular a las mediaciones del GADM del cantón Babahoyo. Los resultados obtenidos son: la gestión documental no cuenta con un sistema eficiente que permita la automatización de los procesos internos, el proceso de atención al usuario no es oportuno, tarda de 5 a 6 días en aprobar los certificados de propiedad, se presentaron inconsistencias en el registro de códigos catastrales, coordenadas y planos de información, mientras que el sistema de gestión documental nacional Quipux, no es utilizado por dificultades en el manejo o problemas de actualización del programa. | es_ES |
