dc.description | Tourism has been an activity that has generated a lot of movement in recent years. That is why in the Canton Jujan it is necessary to develop Gastronomic Tourism so that its typical dishes are known nationally and why not internationally as well. With the solutions proposed, it is in the hands of the Municipal authorities that this activity, which has been a boom, helps the Jujan canton to emerge as tourism. This case study was carried out to be able to analyze Typical Dishes and Gastronomic Tourism and this was the opportunity to observe the shortcomings and thus find a way to solve them. Restaurant owners say that insecurity increases every day and they do not know when Jujan will be affected by this social problem; That is why they always hope to have the support of Municipal and Security Authorities. Because they believe that this is one of the factors why Jujan does not arise or generate a source of work because there are no visitors. Jujan's gastronomy lacks more promotion, and through social networks, which is what people handle today, it would be the perfect marketing to use and promote the dishes that this canton offers. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | El Turismo ha sido una actividad que ha generado mucho movimiento en los últimos años. Es por eso que en el Cantón Jujan hay que desarrollar el Turismo Gastronómico para que sus platos típicos sean conocidos a nivel nacional y por qué no internacional también. Con las soluciones planteadas está en manos de las autoridades Municipales que esta actividad que ha sido un auge, ayude al cantón Jujan a surgir turísticamente. Este estudio de caso fue realizado para poder analizar la Oferta de los Platos Típicos y el Turismo Gastronómico y esta fue la oportunidad para poder observar las falencias y así buscar la manera de cómo solucionarlas. Los propietarios de restaurantes dicen que cada día aumenta la inseguridad y no saben en qué momento Jujan se vaya a ver afectado por este problema social; por eso es que siempre esperan contar con apoyo de Autoridades Municipales y de Seguridad. Porque creen que ese sea uno de los factores por los que Jujan tampoco surgir ni generar fuente de trabajo porque no hay visitantes. A la gastronomía de Jujan le falta más promoción, y por medio de las redes sociales que es lo que hoy en día las personas manejan sería el marketing perfecto para valerse y promocionar los platos que este cantón ofrece. | es_ES |
