dc.description | In this case study of Gastronomic Tourism and Tourist Strategies in the Antonio Sotomayor Parish of Cantón Vinces, the purpose of this study is to identify which are the tourist strategies that allow the development of gastronomic tourism in the area. Taking into account that the gastronomy of the parish is famous for its seasoning, smell and taste. The promotion of gastronomic tourism seeks to promote and innovate Antonio Sotomayor tourism through different tourism strategies. The document consists of gathering information, through surveys carried out to the inhabitants of the Canton Vinces the parish, the various bases of authors. Thus, exposing the results of the research carried out, with the sole purpose of promoting the of gastronomy of the place and its contribution to tourism. dc.description.abstract | En este caso de estudio de Turismo Gastronómico y Estrategias Turísticas en la Parroquia Antonio Sotomayor del Cantón Vinces, el propósito de este estudio es identificar cuáles son las estrategias turísticas que permiten el desarrollo del turismo gastronómico en la zona. Teniendo en cuenta que la gastronomía de la parroquia es famosa por su condimento, olor y sabor. La promoción del turismo gastronómico busca promover e innovar el turismo Antonio Sotomayor a través de diferentes estrategias turísticas. El documento consiste en recopilar información, a través de encuestas realizadas a los habitantes del Cantón Vinces de la parroquia, las distintas bases de autores. Así, exponer los resultados de la investigación realizada, con el único fin de promover la gastronomía del lugar y su aporte al turismo.
